Supersrutter-- yes its legal in NY. If you have a gun or bow with you ,they better be locked up, and you can't spot 500ft from a dwelling.

This sounds very similar to spotlighting laws in Pennsylvania.

That is an amazing buck! I wouldn't doubt if that would be close to a record for New York!

You can spotlight deer in Pa without any guns in the vehicle and only until 11:00pm

WOW thats a very nice buck. You can spotlight in Indiana as long as you have no weapons in your vehicle...

Velvet can be deceiving but albeit...that is a very, very nice buck...once shed, I'm guessing in the 170's minimum. Good luck
