Default BowTech, Smooth Mod or Fast Mod ?

Are you shooting the smooth mod or the fast mod ?
Have you tried them both ?
If so, can you tell a difference ?
Is smoothness worth giving up 8fps

I'm shooting the fast modules. Yes I can tell a difference. You absolutely cannot creep with the fast mods vs the smooth...worth 8 fps....8 fps means nothing.

Shooting the Fast mod right now, but I have been swapping back and forth between mods. I enjoy shooting the smooth mod more then the fast mod, but the fast mod shoots pretty flat.

I didn't even try the fast mod Rob. Too old to try and get that sucker back so it's smooth mods on my Alegence. Last year I lost an oportunity at a buck me and Davidmil were hunting. He went to NY one weekendso I was hunting alone andthat buck worked to within 8 yrds of my tree. I coxed him across a creek to mefrom 60 yrds and a direction from which I wouldn't get a shotwith a grunt but he came right at me and I could not draw for fear of him seeing me. He stopped at 8 yards turned his head and wouldn't you know it, I struggled with getting the bow drawn. He turned back and you guessed it, he was gone. A good 21" spread too. BTW, it was a Hoyt I was useing. I bought the Alegence this year and lost 5 lbs of draw weight. With that and the smooth cams I don't think I will have that problem again.

You got that right, Rob. It felt alot more difficult to hold back or something. Seemed even harder to pull, but not too much harder. But I'm not what some would call even an Intermediate shooter, which means I need the easiest I can get. But I DO love the bowtech!
