Default Which arrows do I need?

I just got a 06 Bowtech Tomkat a few months ago and have been shooting it every day I can. Its set up with a Whisker Biscuit, which I like and plan to keep. Im currently shooting Easton Excel 340's, 28 Inches long, 4" Duravanes with 100 grain Muzzy Broadheads. Those arrows are 8.8 g.p.i. This setup shoots good, they group good and fly just like my field points.

But its time for new arrows. They MUST be quiet while drawing through the WB. And I'm gonna try some Blazer vanes too, the Duravanes are OK, but I was told the Blazers will last longer going through the WB and get exceptional arrow flight.

Any suggestions?

Im kinda thinking some Beman ICS arrows (non camo) fletched with the Blazer vanes. Will they fly as true fletched straight or should I have fletched with a right helical like my current arrows.

I was told that the Axis arrows are kinda loud through the WB, Is this just a rumor?

Thanks for any advice.

The Beman ICS or the Easton Axis would be excellent choices! We've not had any noise problems w/ the Axis and WB at the shop. Yes, Blazers hold up very, very well in the WB. I fletch mine on a helical to give them a little spin.

One thing I just noticed, Im not sure the Blazer vanes will clear this WB. The duravanes are kinda close already. I'm pretty much sold on the Blazer Vanes if they will work for my application.

Turn it over so the cock vane is up.

Yeah, I just realized how many Blazer vane users are using a WB too.

Thanks for the replies.
