What's everybody do about lunch or a snack? Assume tolerable weather conditions (cause even I go in for lunch in rifle season when it's 5 degrees with subzero windchills). Also, if you take a snack to eat while hunting, tell uswhat you take.

Me too. And I take trail mix with me usually as a snack.

Iusually bring a snack of some sort and a Gatoraide but if I'm hunting all day, which is often the case, I'll pack a lunch. You can't stay in the woods long if your hungry.A nice Snickers bar or two taste real good too!Oh yea, the empty Gatoraide bottle makes a nice pee bottle.

I know we should stay out all day but we generally meet back at the truck, go to town for a burger then head back to the woods.
During the rut I will, on occasion stay out all day

Usually I will take a break and go eat but sometimes I take me a sandwich and eat it.

I have always headed back to the truck or home and come back out afterwords. Last year I made myself stay out all day and with the results I got I will be doing it as often as I can. It was amazing at what I seen by staying out all day.

During archery I could and have sat pretty much all day without even thinking of eating..which is not very common for me on a regular day.
But as far as shotgun season goes, we always stop to havea lunch and share the famous brownies that my mom makes..they;ve been a hit every year and everybody always looks forward to them
