I think it depends on what you're looking for in a stabalizer. Are you looking for something to balance your bow or are you just looking to reduce shock and vibration?

Stealth would be my first choice if I were looking for balance, then perhaps Doinker.

If you're simply looking to reduce shock and vibration, take a look at Sims S-Coil. Thats what I have on my bow and I couldn't be happier. For less than $20 its a great investment.

I'll second that. Sims S-coil stabilizer is fantastic. I have one on my bow and it gives me just enough forward weight.

It is inexpensive and durable.

Im looking to reduce noise and vibration primarily. But, if I could get a stabilizer that provides the advantages all across the board I certainly would be interested in that. Thanks for your input!

Snook, I think the S-Coil will cover everything you're looking for.

Sims makes a good stabilizer.

Sims Modular Stabilizer System

See this gear at Cabelas.com

With this new adjustable system, you determine the length of your stabilizer by adding the sound- and vibration-damping modules. Like all LimbSaver™ products, they're constructed of Sims' patented NAVCOM™, a revolutionary energy-absorbing material. For extra weight and shock-absorption, just add a module or two. Kit includes three modules, and each is 5-1/2" long. Individual modules can be purchased separately for extra length. Modules are 1-1/2" in diameter.

Sims Single Module
Modules are 5-1/2" long, 1-1/2" in diameter. I use this one with two weights in front and one screwed in back of the riser.
