I recently fletched up some arrows with blazers to try out and i used the same glue that i use with feathers which is aae fast set gel and so far i haven't had any to fall off. I tried to remove one just to see how well they were stuck and i actually just about had to rip it off to remove it.

Bohning had some issues with some of the vanes. They will fall off no matter what you do if you get a bad batch.I have some orange ones that won't stick.I heard on another board the problem was corrected and the vanes shipping now are ok.

i fletch arrows for gander mt and i have found that the majority of blazer issues are coming from whisker biscuit users. although i love the rest it seems to be brutal on blazers. but you cant beat the added acuracy of the blazers. i shoot blazers and i shoot every day and i now use a trophy taker because of this issue and have not had a problem since i switched.

I clean arrows with acetone, use bohning platinum glue. Be sure
to put a drop in front of the vain and one in the rear. Shot an arrow thru
a sheet of plywood last week. Fletching wrinkled a little but did not
come loose.
