Default hunting in the heat

How do you guys deal with the heat in early bow season? Do you find yourself going higher in the trees?

In WI we don't have the heat of others but I just try to dress light and take my time getting in the woods and in the stand.

I hunt where I don't have to walk very far, so I don't work up a sweat. I have also set up a ground blind in the shade like oneshot7.

Well I don't know about the rest of you, but in East TX, I find myself sweating so bad it looks like I fell in the creek!

I don't mind it but what I don't like is the mosquitos, hate them little things..
I don't hunt nearly as much early Oct. as I do late Oct. and beginning Nov. just because of those
darn things...
Never tried the ground blind though, I have one.. Guess I should use it.. lol

Gotta hunt when I can get out, so heat is something I have to deal with. Early season water holes or creek bottoms seem to produce.
