Patience will bring success, success will give you confidence and confidence will give you patience.It takes time to learn this on your own like I did with out a mentor,your kids are lucky to have you and all of us to learn from.good post everyone.

When ever a oldtimer[ you will know when you meet one] wants to share
there outdoorknowledge listen very closely, they know what they are
talking about and always give them respect.My grandpa taught me about trapping,hunting and everything he told me is true and he was a oldtimer.
