Default have to commiserate

So last night I get a call from this guy who I have been working on a deal with to purchase his farm which butts up to our (my dad's and my)other 2 farms saying he agrees to my price and he will have the roof reshingled this weekend and he wanted me to come with him to pick out the shingles since it will be my house. He then calls me again at 7am this morning to tell me that late last night they decided not to move. I have been pulling my hair out ever since. His farm holds some great possible stand placements, plus, and probably more importantly,it is a very good producing farm. Oh well, maybe later I guess, but now I am super jealous of Rick James

Default RE: have to commiserate

have you asked him for permission to hunt on the land, sounds like your on good terms with him unless you put your foot in your mouth when he called this morning.
