Just finished watching American Archer on TOC, an episode where Tom Nelson harvested a Roe deer with archery gear in - you guessed it - France! According to Chris Eberhart (noted Whitetail author and Roe deer guide) bow hunting has been legal in France for 10 years; new but catching on.
So, is the Nuge wrong?

Yeah I saw the show too but you have a French government appointed guide with you the whole time on a French government preseve. Absolutely no freedom of the hunt over there. And I think that is what the Nuge is talking about.
