[:'(] after going over the financials with my wife this week, it appears thatI may have to put off my return to bowhunting yet another year. [>:]I found someone here that was willing to part with an older bow for a price that I might be able to swing, but its all the peripherals and stuff that are going to be needed to get it up to shooting par.... It comes with a fiber-optic sight , an originalwhisker buiscuit, some carbon arrows that are likely 2" too small(the bow is set at 27", I'm a 29.5", if memory serves), and some as yet to be named old broadheads. I beleive I might still have my old caliper release in a box somewhere, but that still leaves something in the neighborhood of $300 worth of stuff that I'd have to buy...
If only I could find a fantastically rich bowhunting fanatic to take pity on me and shower me with slightly used handmedown stuff....
lol... I can dream can't i?????

Tis no better price than free!... too bad I'm a righty... besides Brian's doing me a favor with his...
besides... I'm not beggin for stuff... just tryin to be funny...
Ad to read: "ADOPTION SERVICE! Nice homes available for your last-years equipment."
Hmmm... that's kind of an interesting thought... Some sort of exchage program through pro shops or maybe a web site to help interested folks who otherwise might not be able to afford equipment... A good friend of mine who wasn't raised in the woods so to speak, would really like to get into bowhunting, but he waits tables for a living supporting a family of 3 going on 4(with no government assistance BTW).
Too many people would take advantage of it though I'm afraid.

It would also help keep people already involved in bowhunting,no chance to lose interest while they save up for a nicer bow. Of course, dealers would have a heckuva time selling those $1200 and up bows, if there was a cheaper alternative...

1/2 dozen Easton Carbon Excel 29.5". Pm me if you really need them. I don't remember but I think they are 8.5gpi. I was shooting them out of a 65# bow. Nasty Duravanes on them now but I may have some blazers laying about.

What gear are you short on? Let us know and perhaps I just might have an extra one or two laying around to help you out.
Where are you from again? Ohio isn't it?

I got 3x camo blazered and wrapped Gold Tip XT's for you from last year. I have a new dozen that will be of a different batch/weight for the upcoming season, so I won't be needing these ones. I might even be able to dig up some slick trick 125's to put on them for you. I don't have field points though. Let me know, and I will get them in the mail to you ASAP. Only thing I ask is to make sure you spend time in the woods this year, and when you have the $$$ to get your own pass them on to someone else that can use them and that would allow them in the woods too.
