I'm posting this for my buddy Frank (Kidd642) because I have the pics on my digital camera......Hope you guys enjoy these pics as I think they came out very well.
This is his best bowkill to date, a very nice 8pt taken Saturday evening in Dauphin Co. PA. 37 yard shot w/ BowTech "Patriot" 103gr Rocket Sidewinder4 blade......ran a total of about 50 yards. We trailed it this morning as Frank wasn't completely sure about the hit Saturday night so he backed out. We took up the trail first thing this AM and here's the result!Turns out it was a double lung perfect quartering away shot.....
Congrats bud! Here are your pics.

By the way....these are more pics taken with my HP-315 2.1 mega pixel digital camera. If you guys don't have one of these things yet, man are they a lot of fun! Instant gratification!

Awesome, Frank! Man, have you and Matt taken some funky antlered deer this year! Looks like an awesome shot, too! Congrads again, and way to keep Matt from gettin' too far ahead of ya on the deer count this year.

Congrats Frank, and you too Matt. That's an interesting looking rack, I like the tops! You could make some cool salad tongs with those!

That's a nice looking buck, kind of ugly the way the antlers are configured, but a good looking deer. Not so sure about the hunter though Nice job frank, and congrats on a great shot.

Congratulations on the deer Frank. It sounds like it was one heck of an impressive shot.

We need to get you some unfaded pants though...

Nice pics Matt. The clarity and definition is excellent.

Now that's what I call "FUNKY". I love those wierd horns like that. It looks like something a little kid would draw.... all those points sticking off the same point on the beam. Kool. Yeh, I got to agree.... these digital cameras are the cats meow... and sometimes we even get great pictures. I upgraded from a cheapo that I started with to play around to a CL720 Olympus with a 10 power optic zoom and digital zoom I never use. I did it in time to take it with me to Alaska. I got some cool scenic and bear pictures in Alaska. It's small.. fits easily in my pack and like you say. You can instantly see what you've got. Plus all the image editing software allows a dummy to lighten and brighten, crop, resize... whatever you want in an instant.

Congrats to your buddy. FUNKY deer.... but very cool.
