Now that's what I call "FUNKY". I love those wierd horns like that. It looks like something a little kid would draw.... all those points sticking off the same point on the beam. Kool. Yeh, I got to agree.... these digital cameras are the cats meow... and sometimes we even get great pictures. I upgraded from a cheapo that I started with to play around to a CL720 Olympus with a 10 power optic zoom and digital zoom I never use. I did it in time to take it with me to Alaska. I got some cool scenic and bear pictures in Alaska. It's small.. fits easily in my pack and like you say. You can instantly see what you've got. Plus all the image editing software allows a dummy to lighten and brighten, crop, resize... whatever you want in an instant.
