This could only happen to me I swear.
My brother is waiting to buy an Allegience and I am waiting to decide between the Allegience or the Equalizer (I have a 27" draw). I can't find a Bowtech Dealer anywhere that has an Equalizer in stock..........not only that but they won't even get me one in unless I buy it first. I have called every dealer within 2 hours of my home and get the same response from each one. They all say they don't want to get "stuck" with the Equalizer if I don't buy it. I emailed Bowtech and told them my situation and it took almost a week for my email to get an answer.........and all I was told was basically "We can't control what our dealers stock because they are independent businesses.......sorry"
So here we sit...............$2,000 in hand and we can't even give it away
Not too thrilled with the customer service I have been getting recently.

Sounds more like a dealer problem than a bowtech problem. I find it hard to believe that none of them have those bows in stock as they are the two best selling ones. I know my dealer has a few of each actually. Sorry you can't find one...Bowtech is a hell of a bow.

The equalizer is more of a youth bow.....if I'm not mistaken. A 27"-er is gonna be a tough nut. The allegiance is your best bet (I would say for resale as well). I have NO allegiance (hehe - no pun intended) for Bowtech. I shoot a Mathews and my son shoots a Browning. My local shop owner is a HELLUVA nice guy.....a great backer of what he sells.....and this info. comes from him. He's got a 28" allegiance that can be a 27" wih a simple module switch.
Good luck to you and your brother.

The equilizer is NOT just another youth bow it is for short draw archers weathe rit be male female etc. it is a high end product but happens to fit short draw archers and youth very well...........don't give up on Bowtech this really sounds liek a dealer issue. They need to stock the bows. I am sure Bowtech has plenty of bows for them......they just seem to be afraid to stock any........goodluck.

Hey....I just said it was MORE of a youth bow.
No offense......Heck I know guys who drive Cabriolets, too.......and they're not JUST chick cars.....
(just kidding.....just kidding.....) I shouldn't have lumped them like that. At our shop, though.....they are shot MOSTLY by youths.
