I usually just use a knife and strip away. It takes a little while but it will come out clean. Use some alcohol (the kind you drink and the kind to clean the arrow) for the process to go more smoothly.

I have been thinking about investing in the "Zip Strip" that I hear so many good things about.

I just use a razor blade and some acetone to finish off the cleaning process. I have thought about getting the Zip Strip, however, I can't bring myself to pay $30 for it

Mathewsboy, A buddy of mine let me use a flecthing removel tool he had and it worked great, I cant think of the name of it but an archery shop should know. I did about 10 arrows in 20 mins with no damage. Walt
