Default WHA arrows?

Are the arrows used in the WHA like a standard arrow with a dart tip? I have seen an arrow shot 20 yards with no tip and a 35-45 pound draw weight shot at a target. The arrow went halfway in. I dont know what type of long skinny think going at least 250fps wouldnt impale something. Please tell me that im wrong...?

No phall2, your exactly right, even with blunt tips they can break ribs and other bones not to mention cause internal hemoraging. But, hey, a vet will be on the premise....what a joke!

see...that is a bunch of crap. This is going to give hunting so much bad publicity. I mean that pis$es on everything I was tought about hunting. From clean shots and shot placement, to respecting the animal, i could go on and on. this makes me so mad.

I'm just glad that they'll never be able to do that here , you can't even do that to privately owned high fenced animals here .
