Last night ( Nov 1) iI got my first deer with a compound bow. She came behind me and was sniffing around in the scrape and she stood on her back legs and was biting branches above the scrape(very cool to watch)she then got in the clear and I was already drawn, I shot and she dropped like a ton of bricks I hit her in the spine so I got out of my stand and shot her again right behind the shoulder. I am so happy!!!!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Wow that is great billy!!! Congrats on your first bowkill. Nov. 1st must be a magic day for first bowkills, I spined mine also, it deflected of the tip of her shoulder blade.
