I find it real intresting that most folks who made a reply about reading on stand, said they do. I'm amazed. It would seem to me that turning pages all the time would get alot of guys busted. The lack of attention's bad enough but adding all that movement to itmakes reading on standout of the question for me, especially during the rut, when Big bucks are most vulnerable.;)

I read my pocket Bible, hunting is great for getting into the word and awesome one on one conversations with God!!

reading helps me stay in the stand. Two tips, look up and scan the area every page or two, sometimes a deer will come in in complete silence. Second have a place to set your book down easy, I usually slide mine in a pocket on my knee once I spot something
