I don't think you're going to go wrong with either one of those. For the price of them they had both better work pretty darn good.
I have a pair of the Leica's and have been real pleased with them. I haven't really had the chance to mess with the Swarovski's but I don't think they make anything that isn't top notch. I love their scopes. All of their stuff is pretty hard to beat.

Go with the Lecias. The Swarovskis have great optics, but the read-out is very dim in bright light conditions and if you tilt the rangefinder when ranging game. In my opinion, the lecias are better, bulkier perhaps but just as good optics and easier to read.

Last year I was in the need for a range finder also. I was interested in the Leupold RFuntil I turned them over and they had a big MADE IN CHINA label, they even had a free spotting scope offer to go along with them, but I opted not to get them. Instead I chose the Leica 1200Rf. They are a great product, the aiming point is a bright red box and it's easy to see and it's pretty darn quick to tell you the yardage.
Well a week later I decided I wanted a pair of the Swarovski's to try so I went and picked up a pair. The swaro's are also great, the clarity is the best I have seen. The aiming point is an orange circle andas previously stated is sometimes hard to see To me, it's a bit slower and a bit harder to range small distant targets.
I find the Swarovski's easier to handle but the plastic holder for them leaves a little to be desired. They come with a nice wide strapand a rubber cap to protect the eye piece. The Leicas only come with a leather pouch.
Another thing to think about is the battery life and type. The Swarovski Laser Guides use a photo type 3V lithium battery while the Leica use a standard 9V battery. I use the Swaro's alot and the battery last about 6 months.
It's really up to you, I would suggest you go and look at both of them and then decide. There's about $350 price difference between the two. It's a tough choice.
.....or ya can do like I did and just buy both of them!
