Default my ? my sory..

how to drive up to a mature buck and get him on film? it's easy to get young bucks and does. here at the base hunt and live we have a sanctuary full of mature bucks more than does I think, any way yesterday i glasted a big buck from the runway and thought i could drive to the soy bean field to film and soon as i drove up that bruzer left like ;gone in 60 secs. the little bucks and does where there? i guess that's why they get to be monsters.

Use a tractor!

A lot of farmers I know see big bucks in the field while they're on their tractors. As soon as they stop them or get off, they bolt, but if they stay on their tractor they can drive almost right up to them.

That probably only works if it's a field where they normally see tractors and at a time when they're used to seeing them.

I have sat on my idleing wheeler for 10 minutes or more watching bucks and does 50 yards away going about their business with occasional looks at me. As soon as the enginer goes off they evaporate...
