And the winner is....

Mods lock this thread, it's out of control. I think some members have been smoking crack.

I'd have to agree with the "tuning fork" analogy above -- from my experience with the Tryk I shot. I'dflat-out honestly have to disagree with the thinking that a Trykon could have less hand shock than a Tribute; Ithink I was still hearing the ringingtwo seconds after the arrow hit the target!
I've shot'em both, and they weren't even close in vibration or hand shock. But, that's what makes the world go 'round. That's why I put it in italics: That was just my experience, just like this was hardcore's experience.
Glad you found two bows you're happy with though!

I think it has a lot to do with how they are set up. It would be interesting to take 5 of the same bows from 5 different retailers and shoot them. I'm convinced that there would be some that would get a bad review while others would be the greatest thing since cheese in a can. I've seen some new bows that the strings had only a few twists in and am sure that their ata couldn't be right for a start. Just picking them up and feeling them is not a good idea IMO. I'm sure I could change the way both those bows feel and possibly improve them without adding a thing except maybe strings.
So, in the entire world these 2 are the best. I think you need to get out of this site a little more often.
And get a whole lot richer.

I own a Mathews, Never shot a trykon, have shot the bowtech...regardless though in my opinion there isn't a better looking bow than the bowthech, tribute or allegiance, JMO I live the riser, the dual cams, the finish...it's just a bad-a$$ looking bow to me

I wouldLOVE to own either one of these 2 bows (Trykon or Tribute). Cant go wrong with either of them. Quality is top notch on both models. Bottom line for me is I could harvest animals with great confidence looking down an arrow with either one of these in my hands. Thnx for the cpmarison and views HCH.
