I'd have to agree with the "tuning fork" analogy above -- from my experience with the Tryk I shot. I'dflat-out honestly have to disagree with the thinking that a Trykon could have less hand shock than a Tribute; Ithink I was still hearing the ringingtwo seconds after the arrow hit the target! I've shot'em both, and they weren't even close in vibration or hand shock.

But, that's what makes the world go 'round. That's why I put it in italics: That was just my experience, just like this was hardcore's experience.

Glad you found two bows you're happy with though!
