Rage Broadheads
I just received my pack of "Rage" broadheads and I am VERY happy with their performance. At 40 yards the practive head hit exactly where the FP's were hitting and were 10x more conistent than my Muzzy 3-blade 100's. I only shot the real BH 1 time and it penetrated about 4-5 inches deeper than the Muzzy's, and that too hit exactly where my FP's did at 40 yards. Tough time getting design like that out of the target(No matter what target you shoot). The supplied practice point performed great. For now it looks like I am sold on the Rage, only other that I want to mess with is the Grim Reaper.
Any Comments????

i think they bought out rocket aeroheads and then took their broadheads and added the slipcam design but i could be mistaken???
They look like a very functional mechanical head, you will never ever hear me say that again, and they might actually be worth $32 a 3 pk

Rocket was bought by Trophy Ridge, and they do not produce the Rage. Rage is made by Field Logic (makers of the Block) and is its own company within FL. FL also bought Rocky Mountain Broadheads and will continue to be its own company within FL as well. I am sure they are sharing technologies with the slip cam developed by Mr. Barrie at Rocky Mountain that is used in the Snyper heads, but the retention of the blades in the closed position in the two brands of heads are slightly different. The Rocky (Snyper) uses rubber bands whereas the Rage uses a friction system with no rubber bands or O-Rings called the ShockLock system.

I would highly recommend them IF they work on deer as well as they do on my range. They fly perfect. I got the 3 blade just because I wanted more cutting surface. Comparing to my Muzzy 100's they are going to really leave a mark when they hit the animal. Kind of like a human getting shot with a golf ball with razor blades.
