Default Striving to shoot better......

Well, as I strive to be the best archer I can, I've been looking around for some good articles on back tension, release and follow through, that sort of thing. Well, I just wanted to share a couple that I've located in the event that someone else has also been researching this topic.

Pretty good reads. This is my biggest "project" for the summer. Proper release and follow through.

If you want to make this commitment, buy the book Core Archery from Larry Wise, it is a great read and only about $15 on lancasterarchery.com.

I am in the same boat as you are. I really want to get the back tension method down.

Thanks for the links.
