Default High Country Super Slim Straight Carbon ??????????

Anybody know anything about these ?

I just took a jump on EBAY and bought one for $311 (two others have sold in the past 30 days for $386-$450 each). Below is what the auction said about this bow. If its that light and quiet and vibration free - I might like it a lot ! I was going to hold out for a Matthews, but this one intrigued me and the price seemed right.

" New in the box High Country Archery Triple S Pro. The bow has the Super Slim Straight Carbon XCR5 Riser and weighs in at less than 2.5 pounds. The new slim line profile makes the Triple S a real pleasure to carry in the field. The new slim line series offers the New quad-loc pockets along with the super-tec D pad. This along with the L.E.T. (limb equalizing timing) provides you with the most advanced carbon technology ever. The bow features the XD cam with draw length (26"-30&quotand let off adjustments (48-78%)on the cam. You will NOT need modules to adjust. The bow has 14" vibra flex armor split limbs with the L.E.T. system , centerline idler wheel, 33" axle to axle length, and 7.5" brace height. "

I don't have any experience shooting them, but I accidentally dry fired one this summer at a trade show and there was no damage whatsoever. I think they were advertising on their website that when the carbon riser was developed they dry fired it like 1,000 times without failure. Be careful with that XD cam, it has no play whatsoever, it will go off if you let off any little bit it is gone. They are supposed to be some sweet shooting bows, let me know how you like it. I may have to get one for that price. Let me know the moderl please, they have about 4 different bows in the SSR line. Just for reference, the bow I dry fired had a price tag of $679.00 so if it is the same bow, that is a heck of a deal.

This one is the SSS (Super Slim Straight) bow. The Q2 my Dad has has very little creep as well and with 80% letoff you gotta watch it for sure. From what I read this bow has several easy adjustments (letoff and draw lentgh) and the carbon is suppose to be real quiet. I'll let ya'll know in about two weeks. I'll shoot it side by side with the Q2, maybe even chrono is I can.
