Well...I've shot a Mountaineer for the last few years...How long have they been out of business??? Still have my Bear Whitetail put up with arrows and Satellite broadheads...might just go back to that....I can say this...Before I pay the outrageous bucks that some of these companies want for a bow....I might make the switch....To a X bow....

I'd still have to revist a bunch of bows, but afterchecking out the majority of what's out there right now I'd probably be shooting a Pearson.
"Stealth" for hunting and a "GenII" for 3D.

Well if Hoyt went out of business I would either shoot a Mathews or BT, I'd have to go shoot them both and make a decision. I would give the Ross bows a try but no dealers are close to me.I boughta Martin Dream Catcher longbow a few yeras ago and am pretty good with that so maybe I would take that hunting a few times. As of now my longbow is only for target enjoyment.

My days of buying from a company are basically over, that's one thing I don't have to worry about.
I'm sticking with bowyers from now on.
