33-35 inch axle to axle length
7 inch brace height or higher
3.5 pound mass weight or higher
305 fps IBO speed rating or higher
As for accessories....I prefer a short stabilizer...6 inches or under, a "mounted close to the riser" sight as it has less of a chance to get caught on brush or damaged, and the same type of arrow rest...small, compact, easy to adjust but durable.
Ofcourse, all of the usual Sims stuff has to go on as well to make the bow as vibration free as possible...
..as for arrows...I would suggest something in the mid-range in terms of weight... between 6-7.5 grains per pound of draw weight.
That would cover it nicely I think...
