Looks like it's been sitting there for about a year or more. Nice shed none the less!
I found one last year similar looking to that. Me and friend were walking on a 4 wheeler trail, heading back to the truck, and I noticed about 1 in. of a beam sticking out through the matted down fescue. Pulled the whole thing out of the ground....that thing must have been about 4 years old!
