Default refletching an arrow (....how?!?)

I need to replace the rubber fletching on one of my Easton XX75 #2315 arrows. I have a bunch of XX75's, so this one isn't a big deal.

Yesterday after work, I was in my backyard with the styrofoam target at about 15 yards. I was grouping 6 arrows all around the 4" bullseye ring. You guessed it.... One arrow went ZING right into a previously shot one and shredded one of the fletchings!! It didn't damage the nock (thank God).

Question: How do you get the fletchings off? How do you accurately glue new ones on?

Thanks for the advice.

Butch if out a fletching jig I don't know of anyway to do it. If I were you I would go to the nearest pro shop and have the refletch it or buy you a jig.
