Summit bungee cord,

Summit stands (and the Woller family) are awesome! I have a Viper X4 and love it. No problems, no worries, no anything. It's the best stand I have ever bought and don't need anything else! [8D]
Doefever, the bungee you described is for your feet. It only has one hook. Thread it through itself around the bottom brace, then hook it around the other bottom brace and hook up the S hook onto the bungee, and you're set.
Summit has the most fantastic customer service too. I watched the DVD on the stand and had my Viper X4 hooked up in no time. I mean, if a computer programmer can put together a tree stand, anyone can!
Also, their latest "That's Huntin'" video is really cool! Great bunch of guys....

Thanks to all. Especially to Woller at Summit. Such quick help! YES, I finally figured it out. I didn't realize that the S-hook would fit through the other end (Through the little loop). Feeling much better!

Doefever-
That sounds like the bungee that goes behind your heels as you climb. It's not supposed to have hooks on both ends. Send me an email to [email protected] and I'll have a customer service rep email you a pic of what it's supposed to do. If I need to send an instructional DVD, just let me know.
