Question on setting sights
#11
I would suggest what rybohunter said. When I had first started out I had my pins set at 10, 20, and 30 yards. I never really planned on using the 10 yard pin alot, but I killed two deer at 7 yards using that pin.
But it is your bow so you should set it up however you want.

I shoot 55lbs and i am set for 10, 20, 30. Practice at the rage shows me that the 10 and 20 are very different. Take it to the range and try to figure it out. Your bro is possibly shooting at a much higher fps that flattens out his trajectory.

I use one pin, thats how I learned. I have gotten to know where to place the pin anywhere from 5-30 yards at different heightsand have been very very successful. I dont like too much clutter in front of me while taking aim on a nice buck.
