Default interesting news/need advise

My niece just told me that "my mommy saids shootin deers in mean." Well, aint that suprising news. My sister is telling my future huntin buddy that huntin is bad! I asked my sister if I could take her squirrel huntin in a few years and she said no problem and now I find out otherwise. I really prefer that my sister dont tell my neice that Im a mean person. I need yalls help on this one. I dont quite know what to say or just where to start. I feel like if I argue the point too much I might get my sister mad and it will make it worse.
Thanks for yalls help

Tell the little one that hunting isn't bad, just some people see it that way. We are all entitled to our own say. Explain to her why we should use hunter to save the game and make it easier for the animal to die a quick human death than to starve to death from lack of food, because there are too many of the same animals competing for the same food. Don't know here age, but just give her the other side of the story so she can make up her own mind.
