Default Number 5 for the year

Well, some of you folks were after me for shooting little bucks so I decided to shoot a small doe. The landlord told me the other day.... thin them out. I'm trying.
Len went hunting this morning so I told him I'd come out about 7:30 and wait until he finished. I ran a little late, 7:45. I talked to him on the radio and said I'd walk down overlooking this little gully and park against a tree. I got there, took off my quiver, took a couple readings with my rangefinder, nocked an arrow, looked up and there's a doe standing beside the last bush I ranged at 30 yards. Clipped on the release and TWACK. She ran up over the hill about 80 or 90 yards and dropped. That was quick!!!

Shortdraw, with your military background and your hunting prowess you just may be the ulimate predator!!!

You should use your skills to search out and destroy that maniac killer/terrorist wreaking havoc there in Maryland.

Congratulations....Again!

I believe that guy is hunting in Virginia right now. I gased up two cars and mowed the lawn yesterday and didn't get shot at once. However, I did look over my shoulder a few times. You do things like put yourself between the car and the gas tank and all that though. I hope they just find him and shoot him so we don't have to have a trial and give the press more stuff to talk about. They have to be feeding this guys ego... BIGTIME.

WV.. I'm heading for NY Wednesday for a 2 and half days of bowhunting and maybe one of gun hunting with my non-bowhunting brother. I won't be around a computer so you won't need the cut and paste before Sunday night LATE.
