I would say that my season was a great success! First of all, I saw twice as many deer as last year, and I was hunting the samy spot. Second, I arrowed my first buck, Third, I am on TEAM XX!!!!

FAILURE!!!!

I have zero kills for the year. I've passed up SEVERAL small bucks and let a doe walk because I didn't want to shoot thru some brush with my Encore.

My next hunt will be to find a new lease for 2006. Any Indiana landowners in here who need their herd thinned out?

sucess for sure. took four doe and passed several small bucks. saw deer nearly every time I went out. I have never killed four with my bow. I got more shots than I ever had in any season too.

if we count gun kills, I have 11 total. just got a big doe the other day. this season has been my best in both gun and bow. still waiting on my buck.

success!

I didn't see as many deer this year as I have in the past but I did take 3 does. Still way below average. But a safe year is a successful one.

Success for sure, this was a year I don't think I could ever top, I shot a 15 point during bow a big 9 point and 2 doe with my slug thrower and smokepole. I also had a group of bucks including a 12, 10 adn 8 get pushed to me that last day of blackpowder, the 12 point was a 180+class Booner, beyond a doubt almost unbelievable year, one I look forward to trying to top

My season was a good year, i harvested my best ever buck, as well as a nice 7 point. Also harvested a doe and lost another doe, that after a couple days of looking and even using dogs to try find, we couldnt, i dont think the deer ever died. Anyhow, it was a good year, saw about 250 deer within bow range, so it was exciting, but the thing was i didnt have any real shooters come in. This year buck wise was a slow one for me and my hunting partners. The two bucks that i shot were the only shooters that came in, rest of the bucks were mostly spikes and small basket racks. Overall though it was a good year, too bad its just about over, but then there is always next year.
