Atlasman just give me your phone number or better yet your address and we can discuss this without wasting peoples valuable time reading our quotes and trying to prove each other wrong.

Why??

From the looks of the board the last couple years you might wanna take a fawn or two just to get the dust off your bow ;)
Dust is off dude............:D

Twice this year...............and it ain't over yet;)

I don't see anything for you in the contest and I haven't seen you post anything in the forum............and you don't shoot does.

What did you get??

Is that a melanistic (black) deer? The body on it looks pretty dark to me

For every story of a wiley deer that outsmarted someone there is one about a deer that walked right into someone else.......there is no cover-all statement to assess deer smarts or lack there of. Each situation is different..............every deer is a genious right up to the point when it gets killed.

That just about sums this whole discussion up, atlasman. Good job of cutting through the crap. It was a good hunt, an ethical kill, and a great buck.

Wow, I can't even believe where this thread went. Atlasman, you gotta give it a break bud. You have some serious issues. :eek:Oh and btw, Rack-attack did knock the dust off his bow this year. He will have one entered in the contest when he gets his pics done. I don't know exactly what it scored, but I think it was close or would have made P&Yif not for a broken tine. Not real sure why you care about what he kills. ?? Oh, and he got a doe too.

That is a nice buck, and most likely ANYONE that was in his shoes would have killed the deer. Yes, it may have come from a pet farm, but who would have ever known that? Great deer, regardless. My opinion, he should get to keep the deer, but not be entered into any record books, should it have qualified.

Tell your friend congrats on a nice deer, and for doing the right thing by questioning the tag. :D

From now on, everyone that shoots a deer needs to first have a conference with the animal and get papers from its parents to make sure that it is in fact a true wild deer?

Why???......because I wouldn't be excited about ahooting someone's pet?

Great.........I'm happy for him.

I don't........just asking (That's OK right??? I don't have to check with you first do I??)

Oh, and he got a doe too.
I thought he didn't shoot does??

Perhaps that is your problem........you must not have read the thread very well because no one said what you are implying.
