Hey I am thinking about leasing some land. and I really don't know how to go about doing it like when to start a lease? and how to go about asking if I can put some food plots in ??? thanks

On my lease I made sure it include spring turkey base it on hunting license yr.

Whenever you talk to the owner and pay sign it for a year from then. If somone is leasing it now pick it up on the date there's ends. Just straight up ask them if they care if you plant food plots or not.
