Has anyone actually seen bucks go back to checking scrapes after most of the breeding is done?? I read an article that said they did, but by then I am mostly keying on food sources.

If you have alot of fawns coming into heat you'll see them come back to life. But they don't last long. The latest I've seen hear was about the middle of Jan and our first rut is early Nov. Most years they don't seem to do much after the first rut.
