Well I'm glad you put your conscience at ease by "fessing up". You admit you messed up and thats a plus.

However I'm leary of you getting any "break" because of your honesty. I've seen this scenerio played out before, by my cousin. He fessed up too, and was told by the Game Warden it was the right thing to do. The Judge could have cared less. Full fine and humiliation. As humans we make mistakes, and I don't claim to be above making them. All I can say is know your laws and if you mess up..they get paid to catch you.

I'm not sure I would confess after what they did to him! But good luck maybe your situation will be different.

Way to "man up".... I'd be suprised if they fine your or anything...just possibly try to scare you and let you know what will/can happen....

I see where you are going with this. I have only met 2. The other one is real nice and checked my license when a buddy and me were fishing. We usually talk for a little while when we see each other. Ya know, its a good thing to be buddies w/ the wardens.;)

Thanks. The warden is going to call me in a couple days and let me know whats up. The moment of truth is almost here. Ill keep yall posted.

I don't have anything original to add here but felt I should say congrats on doing the right thing. It's always better to get that stuff over with and fessing up to an honest mistake is the right thing to do.
