Default Buck Or Doe

I love hunting so much.I love to eat what I take so i take alot of does.I have passed on many bucks this year, not because they were too small or anything. But thier meat is not as good! I know you all like to kill the big dudes. But are there any of you like me that really just like to fill the freezer? So the question is Buck Or Doe?

The way I figure it, as far as bow hunting, I'll gladly wait for a buck rather than a doe. Sure, it's only my second year bow hunting and I've yet to bag my first bow kill...but I've seen what's available up there, and I can always get a doe with my rifle.

I'll probably consider taking a doe during the late bow season here in Wis. though, since that sure is some tasty meat!

Wheres the button for EITHER one.I would take either of them. Yea, its good to take a BIG buck but I wouldnt mind a doe ccause we ALL know the meat is very tasty.

The wall hanger is already on my wall and it's a simple 7 pointer. My first ever. I doubt a 10-12 pointer will ever surpass the excitement I had when I got my first real buck. So, I basically hunt does for meat and to reduce the herd.

A dead deer fills a freezer weather its a buck or not. At least with some antlers you can show it off.

I cant vote. I have at least three tags every year. I usually take the first doe that comes by and then hunt for a mature buck. If i find a deformed buck ill take him instead. Considering we can only take one buck a year I try to manage the deer. I try to save a tag for muzzleloader season.

I could care less. I'll take whatever walks within range.
