Default good sign!

sence the deer arent coming to my old stand that i have around my here (not at the camp from my other post) me and my lil bro went and did a little scouting on a old old road on the side of the mtn near are house, found 3 scrapes, 2 spots i could put a stand, is it good to set up by a scrape?, and if i set up a mock scrape would the buck thats already in the area come around looking to fight?
heres a few pics...

and heres a spot i could put a stand, about 15 yards from the road...

There are probably hundreds of scrapes in your area right now bud. Setting up on one doesn't gurantee anything unless it is in a good travel route. Bucks are on the move so pick a spot where you know they will have to come thru to get from one area to another.
