Nice Buck. Where did you take him? I live down in Baltimore and hunt on the Eastern Shore mostly. It was so rainy the last couple of days I did not even go out. Yeah, I'm a fair weather hunter....many years in the Army as an Infantryman have made me appreciate warmth and dry conditions. :-)

I hunt in Poolesville Maryland mainly on a 1200 acre farm but I have several smaller bow only hunting spots that I hunt during this time of year in Laytonville off Griffith Road, Sundown Road and in Clarksburg on my Aunts 60 acre farmet that hold bigger bucks in smaller wooded areas on anywhere from 10 acres to 60 acres, little honey holes so to speak.

jag I never miss a day hunting in tne rain, I actually see more deer generally in bad weather than on bright sunny days, not sure if theres anything to it, but its always proven to be good days, lots of deer were out the past 2 rainy days. But, I can appreciate your point of view, thank you for serving our wonderful country bud, hats off to you

I hear ya there Deisel. I poked my buck yesterday in a light drizzle. Cloudy days with light rain get's em going. Good job on your deer.
