why do you want a new one? The season has started and you should have your current one tuned in. Save a little more money and wait till season is over and try to find some deals on a good quality bow. "Dont fix it if it ain't broke"

Since I'm a Hoyt man, Ill say any Hoyt is good. Is the Heat an older bow. I just never heard of it. I think most bows start about $400 equipped. Check this out. Ive heard good things on here from some ppl that have them. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/pod/vertical-pod3.jsp?rid=&indexId=cat600266&navAction= push&navCount=1&cmCat=MainCatcat21424& parentType=index&parentId=cat600266&id=002 0365

Just look around on there and compare all the bows.

I'll actually suggest looking on Ebay. There's always some great deals, and if you're new to it, it's really easy to sign up....www.ebay.com I've been buying stuff online off of ebay for 3-4 years now, and I've never had a bad transaction..good luck!
