Default Deer and gut piles?

I was just wondering if deer seem toskiddish to an area where there have been field dressed deer. Im sure they come across rotten smells all the time but do deer guts affect a deer coming in to a hunters' stand if located near the pile?

I ask b/c I left the entrails of the doe I got laying in the woods. I was thinking about hunting the spot in the morning. Its not a GREAT spot but I was curious.

I won't be cruel like some people and rattle off "Do a search; you'll find tons of info on this..."

But I think I've posted this answer at least five or six times... I shot my first P&Y buck while he had his nose stuck in a gutpile of one I took from the previous day's hunt.

Good luck, and good huntin'.

I leave the guts right where I dress the deer. In quite a few instances they were gone the next day.

Ducsauce --really, I was getting a jab more at the people who seem to always write that than you. I don't mind answering the same thing over; if it can help someone else, that's what we're supposed to be here for!
