Problem with bows in cold weather?
I was just wondering about my bows performance in sub zero weather. Any problems with the strings or limbs cracking? Should I be worried. Can hunt till Dec. 31 here in MN just wondering if thats feasible in sub zero weather. Any precautions I should take if its really cold?

RE: Problem with bows in cold weather?
When hunting in sub zero temps for a good amount of time , my bow gets extremely hard to pull back , especially when a deer approaches.
Of course it has nothing to do with my bow , my muscles just freeze up.
A 60lb bow can feel like an 80lb bow when your sitting in extreme cold for hours.

Yeah I don't think Cold weather effects the performance... I was watching Tom Miranda last week hunting Musk Ox on the Tundra... It was -30 degrees I believe... And he didn't have any problems...
