UPS delivered my Trophy Ridge Smart System on Monday and now after the better part of the week I can tell ya all, this thing is awesome<img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle> I've been shooting after work at nights in my garage and have found myself addicted to Trophy Ridges' new projection system. I ordered the North American 5 disk and the 5 image whitetail disk. Both offer great pics and I can't wait to pick up the others and more new ones that may come out. The NA 5 disk projects 5 rotating images for approx. 15 to 20 seconds each. The disk feature an Elk, Whitetail, Pronghorn, Black bear, and Mule deer. I found that the shadow cast arrow image makes it remarkably easy to keep track of your arrow placement.

You receive a 36&quot; screen to put in front of you target/backstop and project the image on. My obsession is now to get the largest, clearest image I can. The screen is made by Morrell and is the standard plastic type weave that you see on most bag targets. Also included inside of the nice hard case is additional info on different models and sizes of shooters screens that are now being offered by Morrell(up to 48&quot.The rotating model is nice because it projects the kills in slightly different locations on each animal so you won't wear out the same small area on your target.

The system is a very simple and extremely compact model. It stands about 20&quot; high when mounted on its tripod and the projection tube is 5&quot; in diameter and around 11&quot; long. When placed about 10 feet away you get a bag target sized image and the farther you back it off, the larger the image.

It truly is an addictive game and several buddies will be over to play this weekend I'm sure (lol) Just giving all of ya a heads up on a neat little Christmas gift for Dad (YOU)!!! Check out the TR Smart System. For realistic practice anytime, anywhere (garage, basement, yard) it really is cool. There is just something to be said about the realistic sight picture that you get when peering thru your sight, down range at a nice slightly quartering Muley buck!!!! Thump..... THWACK...... MAN IT FEELS REAL IN YOUR MIND!!!
