I go through the same internal battle every year during hunting season, should I skip church this week or not. This time as usual church wins. God has blessed me greatly and I need to remember that. See you in the woods sunday evening!

Good for you!!! Nothing wrong with putting God first. That's where He should be!

Our church has a 10:30 service so if Iget out of the woods by9:30 I'm okay. My wife knows if I don't show I either got one or fell out of the tree.

I am not a religous person but who says that you have to go to a man made building to worship God?

You are right Bigbulls, no building is required. I feel closer to God when I am out in nature than I do at any other time. As far as the building goes,I just think it is the right thing to do. it's a personal choice and to each as he or she sees fit.

The Bible says that every time God spoke to Jesus he was alone outdoors.....

And this is one reasonwhy I'm glad I'm an agnostic.
