I'm shooting a '05 Allegiance VFT 63# draw weight with 29 inch draw. useing string loop and a Scotty Mongoose release. My question is arrows. I don't know the weight and stiffness of the Radial X-Weave Raven 300's with 100 grain heads and 4 inch plastic vanes. Are these arrows ok with this set up ?

yes, they will work fine. I was shooting xweave 300's at 71 lbs last year.

I would agree with Josh. They should be relatively well spined for your setup.
