While checking over my equipment I noticed that I had some damage to my FiberTech 3 pin sight from Impact archery. I sent them a email linked from their web site and had a response the next day....wow! They will have me the new parts needed for my opener this weekend in IL....I have tried contacting other companies via the web with poor results.

These guys and gals are top notch and offer a great product in my opinion!

As promised I rec'd my new parts and was suprised to find even some more items that I did not expect all covered by the Factory Warranty!
