for every doe we're allowed one buck...at least at the management areas i hunt.

around here we have a ton of does we get 3 tags only 1 buck i plan on getting 2 does for meat and god willing a buck of a friends farm

This has too many variables . The number of does that should be taken from any individual property will vary. I have seen it where one property is over run with does. Where the property next to it has hardly any. so you cant lump it all in one poll.

I got tags for a buck and two doe...and no refunds....answers clear aint it??

I agree with three but as stated many times before it depends on your specific area. In my areas I would say three because I have a ton of does!

If your in a state with an over population problem? Shoot as many as the law allows. If your in a state with an over population problem and you don't shoot any doe? Don't cry and whine when your state forces earn a buck or antler restrictions!

for my area id say a 2/1 (does/bucks) ratiois sufficient..

We are way out of balance and we have a ton of does around.I have 4 tags of which 1 is a doe only tag and one is a buck only tag and two are either sex tags.I will attempt to fill them all and to kill two or three does and one or two bucks.The bucks will have to be 8 points or better.That's the goal.

Here on the west end of the U.P. the doe to buck ratio is about 40 does to 1 buck!!!!!!! so shoot as many as you can get tags for here!!!!!
