Get in contact with me when you get here. the tpwd handbook states that ,"depredating feral hogs , if a landowner or landowners agent or leasee is taking feral hogs causing depredation on the landowners land." a license is not required. Well I'm a leasee and the landowner doesn't mind guests for hog hunting. You won't need a license and you can borrow my old ,old, old, Hoyt. Or my muzzelloader. I know it's not a deer but these hogs get pretty big and are mighty tasty!

Excellent txrookie, I'll look you up when I get there and we'll talk about it. Iwouldn't mind shootin some pigs. I will catch up with you next week sometime. In the mean time I'm going to look for some accomidations close to Richardson and hopefully one with a view some lake for fishing or at least not far from one.
